Calderdale Council Logo - maps to calderdale towns halifax todmorden brighouse etcOne thing people always want is street mapping for whichever area they are interested in.  Calderdale Council has recently brought their entire mapping system online.  Now you can have maps to any level of any town in Calderdale be it Halifax, Hebden Bridge, Todmorden, Sowerby Bridge, Boothtown, (Elland) or even Brighouse!

The service is easy to use and presented nicely.  It isn't possible as yet to have high resolution copies of the area you want, however, it's cheaper than buying your own licence and more convenient than going to the reference section of the library.

Unlike Multimap, Calderdale Council's service lets you look at maps dating back to the 1800s, look at maps detailing specific activities or any demographic.  Read the terms and conditions to the use of the maps HERE or go directly to the maps HERE
